Society for Creative Anachronism, Inc., "Kingdom of AEthelmearc" Volunteer position for a multi-state region (Kingdom) of an international non-profit organization dedicated to recreation of the Middle Ages.
Developed new website code features in response to feedback from other officers and users. Redesigned website's graphic look and feel. Reorganized content to be more intuitively accessible. Bear River Associates, Inc., Oakland, CA Responsible for interface design, and later database development, for a top-notch custom software solutions provider, specializing in mobile applications.
Developed user interfaces for a variety of web and Windows CE applications. Added new software features through the addition of advanced database functions including triggers and stored procedures. Participated in client meetings, including presentation of project deliverables. Created internal guidelines and "best practices" document for human interface development team.
