Just as I tailor my work to meet your needs, so do I attempt with my pricing. Below are my typical rates, and some samples of what they apply to, but if your needs are simpler or you are working within a tight budget I can address that as well.

• General web development (HTML mark-up/CSS, light Javascripting): $40/hour
• Trainings, workshops, technical consultations: $40/hour
• Graphics development (for print or website design): $40/hour
• Programming (extensive PHP, Cold Fusion, SQL): $40/hour

Non-profit organizations and small businesses may receive a 10% discount on the above rates.

Return customers and start-ups may receive an additional 5% off.

Existing customers may receive an extra 5% referral discount on their project by referring a new customer.

Ithaca HOURS may be accepted on a case-by-case basis in varying proportions depending on the work done and the estimated final cost. If this is an option you wish to explore please mention it when asking for a quote or proposal.

In any estimate I utilize my many years of experience to provide the most accurate appraisal possible of the time required for your project. Regardless, I will bill for actual time spent. That said, I do not pad my bids nor do I intentionally underbid - I really provide the best possible estimate of my actual time given our discussion of your needs. On occassions when there are notable differences I am flexible.
